ABOUT US
As an Arizona registered architect, and LEED AP ID+C, Roger's experience includes a wide variety from shell building commercial office projects, open end contract work with Luke Air Force Base, custom homes, multifamily residential, with a major focus on commercial tenant improvement work. This background ensures that we'll be able to take care of whatever needs a landlord, condo owner or property manager might have: from tenant improvement design to replacing a stairway, upgrading core restrooms, or providing plans for a generator enclosure.
Roger was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and this southwestern background influenced the design of custom residential and commercial buildings throughout his career. Roger graduated from ASU with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1982, worked for several local and national firms, obtained Arizona Registration as an Architect, and started Wilkes Architecture, Inc. 2002.
Heather was raised in New York and graduated from ASU with bachelor's and master's degrees. She is our office manager and CAD tech.

After about a year of training and extensive preparation, Maddy has officially taken on the new responsibilities of Office Mascot.
